What is your return policy?
There are no refunds on personalized items. If your item is defective your must contact us within 48 hours of receipt to return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that your received it. It must also be in the original packaging and from a non-smoking environment. We do not accept items that have been washed with or worn.

How soon will I get my products?
Products ships within 2-4 business day of receiving your order.

How to make your natural soap last longer?
Because we use natural ingredients with no chemical additives and preservatives in our soaps, they don't last as long as store brought soaps when left in a wet puddle.

To help your soap last longer, we suggest you place your soap bar on a well-drained soap dish after each use.
​
Keeping your soap dry between use will extend the life of your soap for your enjoyment.
